STRANGEco RETAIL STORE POLICIES
Welcome to STRANGEco’s Online Retail Shop! We appreciate your business and your interest in our goods. Please review the following sales policies regarding shipping, returns, and other issues about purchasing products directly through strangeco.com:
ORDER PROCESSING: Orders generally ship within three (3) business days after the order is placed.
SHIPPING: STRANGEco ships all domestic (USA) packages via UPS
Ground, which provides reliable delivery
and package tracking information for
all shipments. Domestic shipping rates
are calculated and added to your total
at the time that your order is placed.
International orders may be shipped
via UPS or US Postal Service; however,
due to the variables in export shipping
costs, international shipping rates
are not calculated automatically. Strangeco
staff will provide a freight quotation
via email that
is tailored specifically for your
order. Please note that international
shipping is ALWAYS expensive and we do
not mark up our shipping rates. If you
decide to cancel your order because you
find the shipping costs to high, we reserve
the right to charge a 15% restocking
fee.
Once your order has shipped, we will email a pdf copy of your invoice, which will include the UPS tracking number for your reference.
DELIVERY ISSUES: In the case of shortages, damage or other issues related to the delivery of your order, you must make any claims within five (5) days after receipt of merchandise. You may contact STRANGEco sales, sales@strangeco.com or +1 415 552 5705 to begin your claim. STRANGEco will work to resolve the issue promptly.
CUSTOMS REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International
customers are responsible for all customs
duties and taxes assessed by their country's
customs agencies. We will provide a commercial
invoice with all international shipments
that represents the full value of
the inventory purchased. Unfortunately,
we cannot mark international shipments as “gifts”. STRANGEco
will not accept returns resulting from an
international customer's refusal to
pay their customs duties, so please
be sure you are aware of your country's
requirements before placing your order.
European customers may also purchase
STRANGEco goods, including most exclusive
retail items, from Release
The Freaks –, the retail site for our European sales
agent.
PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. However, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to require payment via money order or bank wire.
PRIVACY & SECURITY: We take Privacy and Security very seriously, especially when processing online sales. Please review our complete Privacy & Security policy here.
SALES TAX: Retail orders shipping to addresses within California will automatically be charged 9.5% sales tax.
RETURNS: With the exception of defective or damaged merchandise (as described below), all sales are final. STRANGEco will not accept returns on non-defective merchandise and cannot issue refunds, credits or exchanges.
Should your product have a significant manufacturing defect, missing parts or contain broken pieces, we will either replace it or issue a refund to you. This decision is solely at the discretion of STRANGEco.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN: If your item is damaged, you must contact
us within five (5) days of receipt of
the merchandise. Contact us at +1 415
552 5705, or via email, sales@strangeco.com and
let us know what the issue is. Our sales
staff will issue you a Return Authorization
Number (RAN) and will provide further
instructions to process your return.
Please don't return your item
without a RAN –- unauthorized returns will be subject to an automatic
restock fee of 15% of the sale value
of the inventory returned. Shipping fees
will only be credited toward your account if the merchandise
is defective.
