IT Ranger's hilarious "CI Boys" have clearly taken off in Hong Kong. They were everywhere-in toy shops, and were featured in at least two major advertising campaigns. The four characters- Deri Nomi, Hiro and Poka- are poster boys for antisocial mischief. When their short fuses have burned through (often ignited by the prattling of tall and amorphous "Ranyon" adults), they simply bend over and fire destructive laser beams from their asses! This Toycon, IT Rangers rolled out a host of new CI Boys variations, including a series of 2-inch mini figures to accompany the expanding 3-inch box sets. Two Toycon specials were also available: a 3-inch glow-in-the-dark "Deri" with a fire extinguisher and a 3-inch "Nomi" in a Destroyer pod. IT Rangers also had space dedicated to showing off their latest crossover deals with Sony's SonNet and Lipton Tea HK.
