Bigfoot by Bigfoot

Originally from New Jersey, Bigfoot fled to California to be closer to big trees and to attend the San Francisco Art Institute. Disassociated from art school and human society, he started writing "Bigfoot" in 1994 in the streets of San Francisco with relentless fury. Bigfoot works big, constructing wooden panels and using house paint to make bold visual reminders of the power of nature. The symbolism, manifesting itself in Bigfoot's catalog of characters, addresses the conflict between the respect for nature (held by the Bigfoot race) and the destructive agenda of humans. Despite the artist's reclusiveness, he has managed to stay active in society, designing the logo for I-path shoes in 1998 and creating his own line of t-shirts for the Japanese market in 2003. The STRANGEco x Fity24SF Bigfoot is his first vinyl figure.
